Rollstimi has a habit of releasing some of the bolder designs in the budget segment, and the Rollstimi RT7910 feels very much in that mold. This is a diver that comes in at around $85 before tax, yet it arrives with a stainless steel case, a fully luminous bezel, sapphire crystal, and anti-reflective coating. On paper, that is a lot of watch for the money. At roughly this level of spend, buyers are spoiled for choice, with several strong competitors available.
What makes the Rollstimi RT7910 interesting, though, is not simply the component list. It is the way those elements are brought together into a watch that feels confident in its own styling. There is a slight difference in brushing direction between the top of the case and the bracelet, but the density and tone of the finish are close enough that the transition does not feel visually awkward.

The Rollstimi RT7910 uses a flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, and that flat profile suits the overall directness of the design. There is no dome or curvature here, just a clean slab of sapphire sitting above the dial. The anti-reflective treatment does make a difference, as legibility remains strong even under direct light. Once the eye passes through the crystal, it meets an inward-sloping matte blue rehaut carrying a crisp white minute track. That rehaut helps frame the dial and introduces a small but effective sense of depth.
The dial itself is a coarse matte blue, with stark white printed markers that stand out clearly against the background. At 12 there is a downward-pointing triangle, with elongated batons at 3, 6, and 9, and square plots for the remaining hour positions.
