    Depending on how you use TimedReviews, we may collect:

    Cloudflare Web Analytics

    TimedReviews uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand broad website traffic and performance.

    Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first, cookie-free and designed not to collect or use visitors’ personal data. It may provide aggregated information such as page views, visits, referrers, countries, devices and website-performance measurements.

    Email newsletter

    TimedReviews uses MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions and send email communications.

    When you subscribe, we may collect:

    • your email address;
    • your name, if provided;
    • subscription status;
    • newsletter preferences;
    • email engagement information such as opens and link clicks.

    We use this information to send newsletters, website updates, featured content, offers and related communications.

    The lawful basis for sending the newsletter is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in each email.

    MailerLite processes subscriber data on our behalf as an email-service provider. MailerLite recommends that customers explain in their privacy policies how and why it processes subscriber information.

    Contact forms and direct communication

    When you contact TimedReviews, we may collect your name, email address and the content of your message.

    We use this information to:

    • respond to enquiries;
    • discuss partnerships or commercial arrangements;

    Affiliate links and external retailers

    Some TimedReviews pages contain affiliate links to AliExpress and other retailers or marketplaces.

    TimedReviews may receive aggregated reporting relating to clicks, orders and commissions. We do not normally receive information that directly identifies individual purchasers.

    Live pricing and product information

    TimedReviews uses retailer and affiliate APIs to display product information, pricing, availability and promotional links.

    Product prices, stock, shipping, tax and availability may change. The retailer’s checkout page is the final source of current transaction information.

    Embedded content

    Pages may contain embedded content from services such as YouTube.

    Embedded content may behave as though you visited the third-party website directly. The provider may collect information, use cookies or monitor interactions with the content.

    Where required, optional embedded content and related technologies are controlled through the CookieYes consent system.

    Comments and Gravatar

    If comments are enabled and you submit a comment, we may collect:

    • the information entered in the comment form;
    • your IP address;
    • your browser user-agent string.

    This information may be used for spam detection and comment moderation.

    An anonymised hash generated from your email address may be supplied to the Gravatar service to determine whether you use it. After a comment is approved, a profile image associated with Gravatar may be displayed publicly.

    Website administration cookies

    WordPress may place necessary cookies for administrators or registered users when they log in, edit content or use administrative functions.

    These cookies support authentication, security and website administration. Ordinary visitors who do not log in will not normally receive WordPress administrator cookies.

    Who we share information with

    We may share information with service providers necessary to operate TimedReviews, including:

    • CookieYes;

    • Cloudflare;
    • MailerLite;
    • Hostinger and other hosting or infrastructure providers;
    • spam-prevention and website-security providers;

    We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

    Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

    The ICO states that a privacy notice should explain people’s information rights, including the right to withdraw consent where consent is relied upon.

    Complaints

    If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

    You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority in your country of residence.

    We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern directly first.

    Security

    We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including secure hosting, access controls, backups, website-security tools and encrypted HTTPS connections.

    No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

    Children

    TimedReviews is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
