Did Pagani Design PD-YS027 go too far with this one? Maybe. The PD-YS027 homages a watch so famous—and so costly—that it borders on parody. Yet there’s a sense of fun in how unapologetically bold it is. With a sapphire crystal, sapphire cyclops, fluted bezel, and full stainless-steel build, it’s a package that feels both ambitious and self-aware. Pagani Design has long been the punchline of lume jokes on AliExpress, but this time they’ve clearly made an effort. Movement & Crown

Inside, an inward-sloping rehaut carries a printed minute track that draws the eye to the dial’s star feature: a “100-rhombus” texture engraved into the surface. Each tiny cell catches light differently, producing waves of reflection that shift from ice blue to pale turquoise.
Applied Arabic numerals at 6, 9, 12 and baton markers elsewhere provide structure, each with a slim line of lume. Baton-style hands and a dark-blue seconds hand maintain clarity and contrast.
